What defines a prophet? Could anyone, with enough life experience, assume this role? Must one seek validation from others or is it a self-claimed title driven by a desire to effect change in one’s environment? Those willing to embrace this label play a crucial role in our existence, but how does one truly know?

Consider the perspective of a higher consciousness. Instead of viewing the world solely through our own lens, imagine stepping back to see the bigger picture. By adopting a third-person perspective, detached from personal biases, we can make decisions that benefit all, rather than just ourselves. Mastering this ability to detach grants us insight beyond the individual, into a realm where collective well-being is prioritized.

As we contemplate the idea of a third-person perspective, it’s essential to delve deeper into the intricacies of detachment and awareness. In this pursuit, we encounter the three versions of the third person, each representing a distinct level of consciousness. By understanding and embodying these levels of consciousness, individuals can actively cultivate a heightened sense of awareness and empathy towards themselves and the world around them.

  1. Third Person Objective: Living life with a third-person objective mindset is akin to observing situations without being influenced by personal biases or emotions. Like a bystander, you focus solely on external actions and dialogue, without delving into the subjective experiences or inner thoughts of others. This mindset allows for a clear and impartial view of events, assisting objectivity and rational decision-making.

  2. Third Person Limited: Adopting a third-person limited mindset in life means seeing the world through the lens of individual perspectives, much like experiencing life through the eyes of one character at a time. You understand situations based on what you know, think, and observe personally, without access to the complete picture. While this mindset offers a deeper understanding of your own experiences, it also acknowledges the limitations of your viewpoint, promoting empathy and humility.

  3. Third Person Omniscient: Embracing a third-person omniscient mindset involves transcending individual perspectives to grasp the interconnectedness of all beings and events. Similar to an all-knowing narrator, you gain insights into the thoughts, actions, and feelings of everyone around you, allowing for a holistic understanding of life. This mindset encourages compassion, as you recognize the complexity and depth of human experiences beyond your own, fostering interconnectedness and a sense of unity.

Once you grasp the ability to detach yourself from your own perspective, you can begin to see situations from different points of view. This doesn’t imply passivity; rather, it means striving for understanding. Some situations may require intervention, and now you can step in and offer assistance where needed with overall insight. Remember never to judge someone without first examining yourself. Strive to be the best version of yourself and ascend to higher levels of the third person perspective.
